It was a nice treat to spend Christmas in Michigan this year. Even though we missed our family in Canada (besides Amy...who came to Michigan for Christmas), it was great to relax, spend time with Michigan friends, and prepare for the arrival of our newest addition.
Grant and Cami gave Jade a modest (as can be) Barbie. Jade literally spent 30 minutes straight brushing her Barbie's hair...
and giving it love eyes :)
We also got to spend a holiday evening with our friends Jill and Garrett. They came to our "One Night in Bethlehem" Christmas program and then we went to their church's Christmas program. After the program we enjoyed a delicious white chicken chili meal together. To wrap it all up, they gave us individualized tree ornaments (with our names hand-painted on them). I love them!
Last but not least, the Adams came over to visit us on Christmas Eve. They spoiled us rotten (as usual) and brought some Christmas cheer! Thank you for dressing up Sydney!
