I just needed to put up a picture of Jade, my FREE BIRD. Isn't her hair great?? When her hair is like this, Devin likes to say, "She's her mother's daughter!"
On Saturday night we got to sneak away for date night!! A bunch of the law students (and their wives) were invited to a J. Reuben Clark Law Society event in downtown Detroit. Our guest speaker was Brother William Atkin (Associate General Council for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). It was great to hear about the Church's International Legal Program and to also hear about future missionary opportunities for attorneys (and wives who are educators...yes, I asked a few questions during the 'Q & A' portion). What a great night!!
