Two boys bulldozed over Jade in nursery and hurt her arm. She wouldn't stop crying and holding her arm, so we took her to the ER in Windsor (nothing else was open Sunday afternoon). They x-rayed her and it turns out she has a fracture in her right forearm. We had to leave at 6:30 am to get to Windsor early the next morning for her to get a cast put on.
Jade's temporary cast
Jade hasn't skipped a beat with her new pink cast. We are constantly complimenting her on her new accessory...and she thinks it's pretty sweet. Occasionally we hear a "OOOOOO!!" as she admires her pink addition.
Jade's ready....those boys need to watch themselves next week.

You need to teach Jade how to use that cast as a club.
One direct swing could easily break a little boys nose.
Eye for an eye.
lol, wow. I never would have thought you cuold break your arm in nursery!
I would seriously be TICKED off at those nursery boys!! Not very Christlike, I know...
I want to know how you handled the aftermath of nursery children fracturing Jadey Cakes arm! More details please!
oh so sad...they really did a number to her, that one has to go in the books!! She looks pretty cute with her little accessory, and if your going to do it you better do it PINK!!
Ah! I can't believe that happened in Nursery! Glad she'll go back with a little protection =)
Loved catching up on these posts! Happy Birthday to you, Erin!
