Always a party

It was great to have everyone come and meet Jade- thanks guys! Oh that key-lime pie was good too.

Trish was an absolute life saver! She worked Monday night and stopped in during the perfect times. I remember once that night I was changing Jade's diaper and was having a horrible time (it's one thing to change a diaper but doing it sleep deprived in the middle of night with a delicate newborn adds an element of awkwardness) Trish came in and in no time flat, Jades was clean, calm and collected together in a tight burrito wrap. Thanks again Trish.

Welcome baby Jade

Erin's water broke at 2:30 in the afternoon on Sunday and we left for the hospital shortly after. Our bags were packed and when we arrived at the hospital they said, "looks like you're checking in for good"- it turned out we were.

This picture was shot only moments after Jade arrived. Labor and delivery went well. Seeing Erin in that position reminded me of Rambo when he was stitching up his own wounds and the same thought went through my mind, "Man I couldn't do that!"

"We are family!" Hey that reminds me of a song.

I know what you did last summer

Are you ready for this summer? I was flipping through old videos and I cam across a small clip I made last year- it's short and sweet. Man am I excited for the summer.

Stage One of our Baby's Room

Only a month and three weeks left (Erin's due date is back to June 17th)! We finally got some of our furniture organized in the baby's room, so baby ???? won't have to sleep on the floor now.

Our Edmonton Babymoon

Devin was stoked about his West Beach snowboard pants and jacket. He found some awesome deals at West Edmonton mall. We spent 22 hours at that mall (including the Waterpark, galaxy theater, Sea caverns, the Spaghetti factory and Moxie's).

Edmonton Alberta Temple

Erin was asked to be in the Sea Lion show at West Edmonton Mall---and she got herself some sweet kisses from a seal!

It wouldn't be a vacation without our hallmark pose!

Fun Times with Friends

Erin and her teaching buddy Lori

Ally and Auntie Erin doing stamps together (Ally cleans off the stamps as good as I do). She's a keeper!
Pam, Grandma Rose, Dad, Devin, the Vaz's and I all had a great Thai night together. It was a fun way to thank Pam and Dad for painting our baby's room.

Check out that belly!!!

We can't believe 6 months has already gone by, before we know it.......it'll be June 29th. We've been busy trying to get ourselves organized for the newest member of our family, and we still have more work before that baby room is ready. Nonetheless, we're super excited and expect these next 3 months to fly by.

A little bit of "Irish Goodness" at Lakie

Erin had a great time performing a short "Irish Jig" with some of her colleagues at school. The students probably hadn't seen a pregnant lady dance like that before. Michael Flatley would have been impressed.

Cook's, Woodruff's and Wallace's at the Cabin

The six of us rented a minivan and headed down to Montana for the weekend. It was tons of fun! We shopped, ate at Sizzler, Broke into Kenco's cabin (at least Erin did), hot-tubbed, played games, and danced. A good time was had by all!

If all else fails for these girls, they can always be professional dancers!

Party time before the engagement

The Erin's are excited for another "Wallace Woman"---Erin Wallace II is also excited that she's about 5 months here---only 4 more to go!

Aren't they a cute couple?!?!

Grandpa Garth got excited at the baby stores in Saskatoon. I would like to know how they fit all this in his car.First taste of solids- I wouldn't call it real food.

Julie helping Erin PURGE the basement in preparation to move Devin downstairs and the baby upstairs.

Christmas at the Cabin

Oh Shaune, is that how you wear them? Well, I don't want to look like an idiot.

Remember when Shaune pretended to nail the mantal and Mom was like, "AHHHHHH!!!!" because she didn't know if he was for real.

WOW- pure heavenly bliss
