Our New Place

This is the backview of our apartment. Jade and I love to go walking out our back door...the grounds are so well kept.

The good news is that Mike and Kaylee live right next door to us. We just walk out our patio and into their :)

Judith gave Jade this pink puppy...and she hauls it everywhere!! Lately she has started taking it to bed with her.

Our Poutine Party!! We set up our party behind our apartment (we like to think of it as our backyard). The Americans had never heard of "Poutine Deliciousness"...so we had to show them a thing or two

Overall, they seemed to love the Poutine! 

A Day at the Zoo

My friend Jenny has a season pass for the Detroit Zoo. One sunny day she invited Jade and I to join her and Eli. We had so much fun visiting the animals and learning about their habitats

Erin's Big Idea

For some reason I seem to be obsessed with Jade's footprints and handprints...maybe because it seems like she is growing up so fast.

So in efforts to "immortalize" these memories, I made...

a Jade Corner!

I feel like it turned out pretty good, and Jade seems to love her little spot in the corner of the kitchen

Thank you Judith for the wonderful table and chairs. They make our apartment complete!

Saskatoon Trip

As always, Amy and I made our annual trip to Saskatchewan to visit our grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Jade was surprisingly good on this trip except for one time...

when she got into the toilet paper!
